Delete your Work + Workout account
You can permanently delete your account and its cloud planner data directly inside Work + Workout.
Delete from the app or website
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open your profile/account menu, then choose Account.
- Select Delete account permanently and confirm.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes the authentication account and cloud records associated with it, including synced planner state, onboarding answers, AI conversations and related server-side account data. Data held only on a device can be removed by clearing the app’s local data or uninstalling the app.
Files you previously exported to your own storage are outside the account and are not deleted automatically. Deletion is permanent after confirmation.
Cannot access your account or need help with deletion? Email support@workandworkout.com. Do not send your password, confirmation links or health records. We may verify account ownership before acting.
